Perry Aston is a visual journalist for the United States Air Force. He has covered the New Horizons humanitarian missions in Guyana and deployed to Iraq in 2010 with the Baghdad media outreach team to document the training and advising mission and the initial drawdown of troops. In 2014 Perry deployed to support the AFCENT Aerial Combat Camera mission. Documenting aerial operations over Iraq and Syria and ground missions in Afghanistan. Perry Graduated from the Military Visual Journalism program at Syracuse University's Newhouse School in 2017 and currently serves as the NCOIC for AIRMAN Magaz
